Each group member conducts at least three stakeholder interviews. Interview notes, along with the name of each group member responsible should be attached to the appendix.
Update: For those of you having trouble interviewing stakeholders in these trying times, here's an alternative.
Instead of an interview, you can identify a specific stakeholder, research their background, and answer the stakeholder questions from their perspective. As best you can, provide cites.
For example: Let's suppose one of your stakeholder groups is the State Government of California. Your specific hoped for interview was with Gov. Gavin Newsom. If you cannot interview the individual, you can
answer the stakeholder questions based on how Gov. Newsom responded to similar situations in the past (as
seen in online media).
You can summarize these interview opinions, and treat that as an 'interview'. Please identify such a stakeholder interview as an "Estimated Interview". Each Group Member will still need three Interviews (or
Estimated Interviews), before proceeding to the next step, for the 3 page summary document.
