Can you discuss a time where you introduced a change at your job or a change was introduced at your job by management and it was resisted and what strategies were used (preferably using some or all of Kotter’s Eight Stages to Leading Organizational Change) to overcome this resistance? Also, what would you do as a manager if you had someone who is a key figure on your team who was adamant about not making changes and no matter what you tried to explain or do resisted this change?
