Goal: Design, carry out, and evaluate a project for changing a personal health habit, some include but not limited to(partying too much, not getting enough sleep, procrastinating, drinking, etc…)describe what you plan to do and the ways you will determine your progress. How will you measure your success
Step one: project declaration and plan, The reasons for your choice, any prior experiences that are similar, what you learn or achieve and why
Step two: research; find two health resources that provide information proposed to your Health behavior change project. Examples; books, magazines, internet, personal advisors, IN ADDITION TO CITING THESE SOURCES YOU MUST INCLUDE THEM (within reason) in this project (hard copy) AND WRITE A PARAGRAPH AS TO WHY THESE ARTICLES SUPPORT YOUR CHANGE
Step 3: progress logs; carry out your project for the allotted time of this assignment and keep written logs of your activity per week (must include at least 7 Progress logs) one log per week, also any obstacles that impede progress BE HONEST! Logs can be at the end of the 5-7 page health behavior project or included paper and should only be a paragraph, no less then 7 sentences.
Step 4: assessment, write an evaluation of your experience; describing the experience of trying to accomplish your goal, list two aspects that you learned about your topic, describe what you learned about how to change a health behavior,
