1. Choose ONE nutrition related chronic disease
    Diabetes
    Hypertension
    Stroke
    Atherosclerosis
    Cancer
    Obesity
    Hypoglycemia
    Fatty liver
    Metabolic
    Syndrome
    Anemia
    Osteoporosis
2. Find at least three scholarly resources to collect information about your
   disorder (articles from peer-reviewed journals, .org, .gov , or .edu )
3. Provide documentation of these resources using APA format.
4. Create a presentation using the visuals of your choice, such as powerpoint,
   poster, video, webpage, etc. Information presented must be evidencebased and may include, but not limited to:
    General description
    Causes or risk factors, be specific on this and specify whether risk
   factors are modifiable or not
    Populations at risk
    Symptoms
    Nutrients of concern (must have two)
    Treatments, cures, prevention's
    Organization associated that provides education and/or research
