The following post has two assignments namely;

Ensuring that you maintain confidentiality, select a client with a chronic health issue (eg. chronic airways limitation (CAL), congestive heart failure (CHF), cerebrovascular accident (CVA), diabetes mellitus) for your assignment. C Using a problem solving approach provide a written response to the following. Part A 1. Provide a brief history of your selected client and identify the health issue. 2. Elaborate on any co-existing health problems arising from the original stated disease process. 3. Outline the physiological processes that contribute to the identified health issue. 4. Discuss the social, emotional and psychological Issues that impact on your client's ability to complete their activities of daily living. 5. Discuss the strategies that need to be implemented to meet the needs of your client when they are discharged. 6. List resources and support services which could be accessed by your client and their significant other(s) on discharge. Part B 1. Discuss the positive and negative effects of long term pain management. 2. Research and explain a pain theory. 3. List five (5) of the drugs that would be found on the emergency trolley and explain why they would be used.

2.Lean manufacturing

The purpose of this assignment is for students to evaluate the lean techniques applied to business in today's workforce. Select a business you are familiar with which incorporates lean manufacturing or lean supply chains. Evaluate how this firm uses lean strategies and how much lean techniques has improved the firm's efficiency. Evaluate ways the firm can go even further to make improvements using lean techniques. Use the results you obtained from evaluating this firm to apply to your own business or a business you are interested in which currently does not use lean. Develop a 1,050-word report in which you describe your lean evaluation project.
