Some major stressors in my life are financial worries, school-related pressures, and the fear of not living up to my expectations or those of my family. To reduce my stress levels I’ve been meditating regularly, which has helped me stay calm and think rationally even when faced with difficult situations. Additionally, I’ve been making a conscious effort to set realistic goals for myself and accept that failure is part of learning. This has taken some practice but it's made me more confident in taking on new challenges without being overwhelmed by them.

To improve my well-being further I also make sure to take breaks throughout the day so as not to get too absorbed in any one task or activity. Taking walks outside have proved especially beneficial for giving me time away from stressful situations and allowing me to regroup mentally before going back into them. Additionally, spending quality time with friends and family helps keep things in perspective when things start getting overwhelming.
