  • It is the Greek branch of a multinational company based on Austria
  • During the years of the Economic Crisis in Greece (2010 – 2018) it operated under the guidance of a General Manager, 84 years old today, who was applying the authority” leadership model.
  • In 2019 the general manager hired as managing director an executive with many years of experience in multinational companies and the mandate to align the branch with the other branches of the multinational, worldwide.
  • Upon taking up his duties, the new manager faced a lot of resistance from all staff, supervisorsand non-supervisors because despite complaining about the previous regime they "got comfortable" to not being asked to commit to results
  • Willing to face this resistance but also to turn it into a growth opportunity, the new general manager invites you for a short-term (2-day) program that will help him to face the problem and create the opportunity.

The company that employs you asks you
a. make a meaningful proposal, supported by academic references, attractive enough for the short-term job to be assigned to EXECUTIVE COACHING
b. submit now a plan on HOW you can convert this AD HOC customer into a long-term customer for the next 2 – 3 years, also supported by academic references.
