Based on the DiSC Assessment, what changes do you need to make for yourself in order to become a
more effective coach?
Within the organization, how would you implement coach identification and training to ensure the success
of the overall coaching program?
What steps will you take to continuously improve your coaching ability, as well as others who are coaching
in the organization?
Begin developing this project plan as you would any other paper or written assignment. Build out your
ideas with introductory material, follow-up supporting ideas, and conclusions.
