Slides 6,7,8 (Busin" rel="nofollow">iness Analysis) Draw the busin" rel="nofollow">iness lifecycle graph and place an arrow on what you believe the current stage of the busin" rel="nofollow">iness. Describe in" rel="nofollow">in simple paragraphs why you believe this is the correct stage of the busin" rel="nofollow">iness, how long have they been in" rel="nofollow">in the stage and what is needed for the venture to move to the next stage. Attempt to discuss the Venture operations, marketin" rel="nofollow">ing, and expansion plans. Try to use graphics and pictures more than words. Slides 9,10,11 (Founder) Talk about the founder, his/her picture,(not mandatory for ladies), background, past experience and key skills and competencies. Include a slide or two on his/her ambitions, dreams for the busin" rel="nofollow">iness and objectives for his/her personal development and achievement. Slide 12, 13,14 (Fin" rel="nofollow">inancial Analysis) Slide 12 – Assumptions Attempt to place in" rel="nofollow">in this slide your assumptions you will use in" rel="nofollow">in forecastin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">income statement. Show your calculations from class in" rel="nofollow">in forecastin" rel="nofollow">ing sales (Chapter 6). Put your assumptions of the busin" rel="nofollow">iness you were able to obtain" rel="nofollow">in from your in" rel="nofollow">interview such as costs of goods sold, number of employees, branch fixed costs, wages, marketin" rel="nofollow">ing etc. Slide 13 – Forecast in" rel="nofollow">income statement – Attempt to obtain" rel="nofollow">in a 5-year forecast of the in" rel="nofollow">income statement.
