How is communication, in general (positive, negative, somewhere in between)?
For this discussion, I would like for you to describe the current (or if you want to use a past job or experience) condition and state of communication where you work. If you don't work, or have never worked, use a past experience where you were part of a group, be it a team, club, band, cast, etc. Address the following:

What is good (positive) and what is not so good (negative) and WHY? Include methods, styles, timing, obstacles, issues, omissions, etc.
