Community needs assessment Order Description assigned to complete a community needs assessment for a neighborhood with a population of approximately 3,000. most of the people who live in" rel="nofollow">in the area mostly speak Spanish and do not understand English. The average family in" rel="nofollow">income is $18,000, and 85% of the population is livin" rel="nofollow">ing below the poverty level. Half of the population receive some form of aid such as Medicaid or Medicare. There are many elderly in" rel="nofollow">in the community. You are not fluent in" rel="nofollow">in speakin" rel="nofollow">ing Spanish; however, you can understand some Spanish but not as much as you would like to. There are several local clin" rel="nofollow">inics and a hospital nearby. 1. How would you begin" rel="nofollow">in to assess this community (thin" rel="nofollow">ink about factors such as sexual behaviors, alternative health practices, level of education. and health in" rel="nofollow">incidence). 2. What assets are present in" rel="nofollow">in this community that might assist with problem solvin" rel="nofollow">ing? 3. What in" rel="nofollow">interventions could be taken to better serve this community?
