Cell phones have exceeded being a tool of communication and have become our companion, and in some cases, an addiction. Organizations understand that in order to succeed, they need to evolve to include technology and social media.

Imagine you are a marketing specialist at a consulting firm and have been asked to present to a nonprofit organization to assist them in achieving their mission. Your assignment is to provide insights into how technology has changed the way people interact and how the organization can use these insights to further its mission.
