Option #2: Management Decisions
Select a company that interests you (which may be the company where you aspire to work) and search for
information on this firm in our excellent library resources and on the Internet. After acquiring information about
this company, its products and services, customers, and competitors, write down five different types of
decisions that you believe this company's leadership has made within the last two years (for example, open
new stores, start offering coupons, etc.).
For each decision, list:
Information the company's executives would have needed in order to make these decisions
How this information could have been collected
From which sources this information could have been collected
