Choose 1 most important concept of the chapter. Then use the following format for presentation.

1. Concept (a) Explain the concept. Say what is it about, what is its benefit?
   ({b) Discuss the concept. What do you like/dislike? What are its pros and cons? (c) If you are the manager in a real life situation, how would you apply the concept?
2. Choose any one “Illustration Capsule” for the chapter. Briefly discuss it.
3. From the above concepts, choose one concept. For it, project in broad terms what the concept might look like, say, 5 years later, after all the research and experience. Use your creativity and imagination. Fly.
