Consider things like symbols, religion, architecture, relationships between political leaders and the military,
between military and civilians, church and state, between military and foreign populations, etc. LOTS of choice.
You can look at weapons and tactics as expressions of power. You are welcome to discuss any particular
aspects of this that you find interesting. Develop a thesis of your own. Ultimately, the direction is up to you,
provided you delve deeply, using primary sources, into the power aspects of this topic.
