Conformity/obedience

1. Pick any of the early conformity or obedience studies you learned about in Chapter 6 and very briefly
   describe the goal and major finding of the study.

2. Consider if the same study were performed today. Would you expect the same result? Why or why not?
3. Find at least two examples of research studies published within the last 5 years that were studying the same
   area of conformity or obedience. Briefly describe the major findings of each study.
   o Note that these will not be replication studies. They will likely be using different contexts (e.g., conformity in
   the classroom or workplace, etc.) or have additional variables included in the analysis. This is ok and you’re
   welcome to discuss the differences.
4. Discuss your reaction to the findings. Were they similar to what the early conformity/obedience studies
   found? Why do you think they were similar or different to the modern studies examining similar concept
