Then:
1. Review recent academic literature relatin" rel="nofollow">ing to stakeholder theory and its application to the engagement with and management of stakeholders in" rel="nofollow">in large projects and programmes. This should end with
a summary of the main" rel="nofollow">in poin" rel="nofollow">ints you have found. This is worth 30% of the paper.
2) Review the stakeholder management performance of your chosen large project/programme by applyin" rel="nofollow">ing the fin" rel="nofollow">indin" rel="nofollow">ings from your literature review. Your consideration should in" rel="nofollow">include (but not limited to)
the followin" rel="nofollow">ing:-
a. The successful (or otherwise) communication of ‘vision’
b. A table mappin" rel="nofollow">ing/classifyin" rel="nofollow">ing the stakeholders in" rel="nofollow">in the project (for the avoidance of doubt this table will NOT be in" rel="nofollow">included in" rel="nofollow">in the Word Count)
c. Different (or otherwise) levels of success in" rel="nofollow">in managin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">internal and external stakeholders
d. The degree to which stakeholder issues in" rel="nofollow">increased project/programme complexity and the effect of this on the wider project performance to date (for in" rel="nofollow">instance, any published estimation of effects
on schedule and cost)
This is worth 40% of the paper.
3) Draw conclusions from your analysis regardin" rel="nofollow">ing the chosen project/programme performance in" rel="nofollow">in managin" rel="nofollow">ing its stakeholders notin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">in particular the extent to which your conclusions show agreement or
disagreement with the fin" rel="nofollow">indin" rel="nofollow">ings from your literature review

4) Fin" rel="nofollow">inally the Presentation – although this is not a professional report, you should aim at a professional standard of presentation. There is no need for an abstract or executive summary but there
should be an in" rel="nofollow">index. You should also pay close attention to the structure of your paper and the in" rel="nofollow">indication of that given by headin" rel="nofollow">ings and sub-headin" rel="nofollow">ings. You should also pay attention to the layout of
your paper, division of the text in" rel="nofollow">into paragraphs of appropriate length, labelin" rel="nofollow">ing of tables and graphs. Text should be sin" rel="nofollow">ingle-spaced and you should avoid the use of scanned images.
5) Referencin" rel="nofollow">ing- I will read and go over everythin" rel="nofollow">ing you have written ANYTHING you take from an article or whatever source you are takin" rel="nofollow">ing it from, reference it in" rel="nofollow">in text and at the end of the paper.
