Consumer Observation

  Analyze an experience you had as a consumer, in" rel="nofollow">in which you observed or experienced a contradiction between: (a) the core values that an organization espoused (i.e., the ideals to which the organization paid lip service through its mission statement and, perhaps, through its marketin" rel="nofollow">ing) and (b) the values reflected by the words or actions of people who represent the organization.
