Cost benefit analysis of the MSFD

For this paper, I'll need two things. The first one is a short (2-3 slides) presentation ppt of this paper (urgent, I need it in 4-5 hours from now; more detail below), and the second is the paper itself (normal deadline). *Since this is a ecology-economy course, the CBA doesn't have to be too detailed (as long as it has elements such as NPV, B/C ratio, discounting etc.). The professor kind of provided excel sheet on how to make CBA but I don't know if it'll help you. The paper will be about cost benefit analysis of the MSFD, focusing on marine litter case study. I'll provide the journal which is the basis for this paper. The paper should consist of - Introduction (% page) with the societal and/or scientific relevance of the topic ("Why important?"), a brief overview of reports on this topic ("What is (un)known?") and our own objective ("What do you aim to achieve in your analysis/paper?"). - Methodology (% page) keywords for search, valuation methods used by you(r sources) etc. ("How did you collect and analyse your information?"). - Results (%...1 page) describing the outcome of your literature review and own analysis, addressing your objective by text and summarizing tables or graphs of your own (optional). - Discussion CA...1 page) critically arguing what you think are the strengths and weakness of the cost-benefit analyses described in d, subsequently describing (un)certainties and implications for management and research. - Conclusions (< 5 sentences) describing the main conclusion - Literature used. Since the journals I provided don't have any real data (i.e monetary value etc.), you can combine two or more reports that containing data and/or results if you can find/know any. Also, maybe you can make some kind of scenario if there's no data at all? As for the presentation, it should contain the journal background, methods they used the plan/method for your CBA analysis (doesn't have to be detailed), and major bottleneck
