Course Reader Assignment Order Description Usin" rel="nofollow">ing the course reader, Readin" rel="nofollow">ing the American Past Book, choose one chapter for each course reader assignment, read ALL of the documents in" rel="nofollow">in that chapter, and then choose 1 document to analyze. In your paper, answer the 4 questions listed below. 1. Who wrote this document and when? 2. Why is the author writin" rel="nofollow">ing about this topic? 3. Describe some of the larger historical themes that relate to this document. 4.How do the document you chose and the themes from question 3 relate to the other documents in" rel="nofollow">in the chapter? (You must reference at least 2 other documents from the chapter for this question) Only direct quotes need to cited, requirin" rel="nofollow">ing only the author's last name in" rel="nofollow">in parentheses. Outside sources(books, websites, etc)may also be used, but in" rel="nofollow">in this case all in" rel="nofollow">information must be cited and must be listed in" rel="nofollow">in a bibliography (or works cited)at the end of the essay. (You must choose a document from chapters 16,17,18, or 19).
