Write a 3-4 page paper on a specific chronic health condition. The research paper will include
overview, diagnosis, symptoms, treatments, prevention, lifestyle implications and how health promotion can
impact the management of the condition. The completed project will be presented to the class as well as a
community group in April. You must include a minimum of three research articles and one resource from a
national data base (eg CDC, WHO or NHI).
