Begin this exercise by creating your own game of chance. You may create a game based off of another well-known game, as long as you can accurately do the mathematics.
After building the game, create a PowerPoint presentation (saved as PPTX) that addresses the following questions:
What are the rules of the game?
How does someone win? What is the prize?
Is there a cost to play the game?
Is your game fair? What would you need to change to make your game fair? What would you need to change to make it favor the creator? What would you need to change to make it favor the player? In other words, discuss how to make your game: a fair game, favor the player, and favor the creator.
What is the expected value for a fair game? What is the expected value for the game that favors the player? What is the expected value for the game that favors the creator?
You are also required to turn in all mathematical work completed while creating the game (see Procedure 2e). If you did any mathematical work by hand, you may scan or take a picture of your work.
Then, record a video (saved as MOV or MP4) that is no longer than 5 minutes, showing yourself as well as a family member(s) and/or friend(s) playing the game.
