Despite a thorough prelimin" rel="nofollow">inary in" rel="nofollow">investigation, many cases require a follow - up in" rel="nofollow">investigation.
Write a three to four (3-4) page paper in" rel="nofollow">in which you:
1) Assemble a set of guidelin" rel="nofollow">ines on conductin" rel="nofollow">ing prelimin" rel="nofollow">inary in" rel="nofollow">investigation for a crimin" rel="nofollow">inal case.
2) Propose one (1) strategy that crimin" rel="nofollow">inal in" rel="nofollow">investigators should take in" rel="nofollow">in order to conduct an efficient follow-up in" rel="nofollow">investigation. Provide a rationale to support your response.
3)Select two major crimes (e.g. sudden deaths, sex related crimes) and compare and contrast the key differences in" rel="nofollow">in reportin" rel="nofollow">ing the two major crimes that you selected.
4)Determin" rel="nofollow">ine the three (3) most important characteristics of an effective crimin" rel="nofollow">inal in" rel="nofollow">investigator and discuss the importance of each characteristic you determin" rel="nofollow">ined.
5)Support or critique the argument that the crimin" rel="nofollow">inal in" rel="nofollow">investigation process should main" rel="nofollow">intain" rel="nofollow">in the balance regardin" rel="nofollow">ing freedom of in" rel="nofollow">information through media outlets and privacy rights of alleged perpetrators of crime.
