Crimin" rel="nofollow">inal law           Morgana is at a party. When somebody loudly pops the cork of a champagne bottle, she shouts, as a prank: ‘I’ve been shot!’ One of the other guests, Nikolai, thin" rel="nofollow">inks a gunman is on the loose and tries to run away. However, the party is very crowded and he has to clear a path through the crowd. In doin" rel="nofollow">ing so, he pushes several people aside, causin" rel="nofollow">ing three of them to fall. One of these is Otto, who breaks his leg as a result. Nikolai suffers from high blood pressure and suffers a stroke. He has to be admitted to hospital but makes a complete recovery. Morgana is so excited by the mayhem she has caused that she leaves the party and goes to the house of her boyfriend, Pedro. She has very rough sex with him as a result of which he ends up with bruises all over and a cut on his cheek (which he suffered when she repeatedly slapped him hard durin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">intercourse). He needs to go to hospital, and his wound requires several stitches. While Pedro and Morgana often had rough sex, with Morgana assumin" rel="nofollow">ing a domin" rel="nofollow">inant role, Pedro has never before been hurt to an extent requirin" rel="nofollow">ing medical attention. He has now ended the relationship with Morgana because he would never have agreed to sex had he realised how violent she could be. What crimes, if any, have been committed?
