Criminal procedure and protections

We have been studying criminal procedure and many of the protections we are afforded are found in the Bill of
Rights of the Constitution (read carefully the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments!!!). If you had to make a choice
and could only keep just one of the following rights, which one would you keep? Why?
The right against "unreasonable searches and seizures" and to be served with a proper (read: constitutional)
warrant
The right to a grand jury indictment
The right not to be put in double jeopardy
The right to not testify against oneself
The right to due process of law
The right to a speedy and public trial
The right to a jury trial
The right to confront witnesses and to obtain witnesses in your favor
The right to counsel.
