Critical analysis of gastronomic writing- the change makers
Order Description
Conduct a critical reading of 3 articles from gastronomic publications.
1) identify a theme(the change makers), perspectives and issues raised in the three selected articles,
2) critically analyse the similarities and/or differences in how they each address the question of the “good”, what’s “good” to eat (or how to eat well), and
identify the type of publication (newspaper, magazine, book?) and the audience it is addressing (explain how you know who the audience is);
a discussion of the theme across the three articles and analysis of the perspective from which each article considers the question of “what’s good to eat?” (another way to think about this is “how to eat well” or “how we could eat better”);
