This paper seeks to compare and contrast the Google and Salesforce.com data that shows whether or not they've been able to change the dynamic of diversity and the money they've spent trying to do so. Also additional data is provided from people in the US tech industry in terms of whether or not the industry from the grassroots is doing the right things to recruit women, people of color and LGBTQIA+.
