Cultural Leadership Competencies

Cross-Cultural Leadership Competencies Paper details: assignment will allow you to reflect on your learning in the course related to cross-cultural leadership and cross-cultural communication and to outline the key areas that you identify for ongoing professional learning. There are three components to the assignment. - Describe key competencies for effective cross-cultural leadership. - Provide evidence of your learning related to those competencies. - Outline a plan for continued learning, identifying targeted competencies (or aspects of) that you believe you have a high level of competence and those that you believe you need to continue developing as an effective leader. Selected concepts from the assigned readings, other reading sources, class-based lectures and site visits should be evident in your assignment.
