For this project, you will curate an exhibition of 3-5 CONTEMPORARY artists(1980-2020) whose work interests
you (MORE ARTISTS and FEWER WORKS or FEWER ARTISTS and MORE WORKS). Think of something
that unites their work (it could be material, theme, artists' backgrounds, intention, etc). You may choose artists
covered in class or find other contemporary artists who you think would be a good fit for your curation project.

The project must include the following:
1) 300-500 words total that introduce and contextualize your curated exhibition and the works. They should be
a short introductory essay and other text embedded in the slides (like museum didactics). What are you
attempting to say by choosing and arranging the work of these artists? What is the statement that you hope the
exhibition will make?
