Customer Service Paper

The Customer Service Project involves analyzing two organizations for which you have worked as an employee, or a company or establishment that you visit frequently (Example: Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, retail companies such as Target).
For each of the two companies, describe the company, their product or service, and why you chose to
include them in your report.
This Project must be at least two pages, double-spaced.  In addition, include a Cover Sheet with your
name, course, terms and date and a separate Reference Page listing the resources used. (Total of four
pages)
1.    What do you believe the service philosophy of this organization to be? Why?
2.    Are there things that make the organization unique? If so, what are they?
3.    What factors (positive or negative) about employee performance in this organization?
4.    Are there factors about the culture that detract from effectiveness? If so, what are they?
5.    If you were managing this organization, what service culture aspects would you change and why?
