Data-driven decisions to a real business challenge in Amazon

Apply what they've learned about how to make data-driven decisions to a real business challenge faced by global companies (chosen company: Amazon). The project includes selecting a company for analysis, research into the companies’ organizational design, function and use of metrics. Given this information the student will create a data analytics plan including an implementation plan for measurement strategies for services provided. This strategy will reflect innovative thought toward the selection of metrics appropriate for the organization to measure service performance. The metrics plan must be SMART and measure tangible and intangible services. In addition students will prepare a presentation for management to explain their plan including an overview of value added benefits of the plan to the organization.
