Decision scenario to demonstrate leadership ability

Choose four leadership styles to apply to the case. For each leadership style, explain how a typical person utilizing this style would respond to the scenario. Rank their suitability for addressing this type of event.
Each leadership style should be explained in half a page. Look back to Weeks 1 & 2 for help.
Explain how you would ideally respond to the scenario to demonstrate your preferred personal leadership framework. Explain your leadership style, why you have selected this style, and how you have developed it in light of existing leadership styles (It may be similar to or different than one or more existing styles).

Critique your personal leadership framework for its strengths and weaknesses. This section should be a half-page in length. Look back to Weeks 1 & 2 for help.
Describe the work (organizational) culture that would help you (as someone with the particular leadership framework you have adopted) to implement changes successfully and the features of an undesirable work culture that would hinder successful change. Identify the sorts of changes someone with your leadership style would implement and those that would be out of character (at least two of each).
This section should be approximately one-page in length. Look back to Week 3 for help.
Write a script of you responding to another employee with a difference of opinion to you in response to the scenario. Demonstrate at least one primary conflict resolution strategy and at least two of the additional conflict resolution techniques or skills discussed in class lessons within your response. Additionally, describe at least one possible disagreement or negative reaction that the employee with whom you disagree might raise in reaction to your resolution strategy. Then, identify a potential way to address these differences between the two of you. Explain why these strategies are suitable for addressing this type of event.
