Designing and implementing a survey

      A Government sector want to make a comprehensive survey on a town/area to identify all infrastructure required for this town. The project is to survey and determine the infrastructure needed to develop this town including roads, transportation, communication, sewage, water and electric systems, etc. Following items should be available: 1) Produce a draft project charter for the project. 2) Develop a simple work breakdown structure for the selected project. 3) Provide a general budget statement for the project. 4) Design a basic organizational structure for the project.
