Situation
You are the senior contracts personnel in" rel="nofollow">in a USG department. After a department meetin" rel="nofollow">ing, your group was asked to review all the contractin" rel="nofollow">ing activities that your department will be responsible for in" rel="nofollow">in the next year. You are to present your recommendations to the entire staff at the next meetin" rel="nofollow">ing. Attendin" rel="nofollow">ing the meetin" rel="nofollow">ing is the entire contract and procurement staff.
As you go down the list of approved busin" rel="nofollow">iness activities (that is, activities that will be completed via contractin" rel="nofollow">ing and for which fundin" rel="nofollow">ing has been approved), you need to determin" rel="nofollow">ine what types of procurements you will conduct.
