Discrimination Project description This module truly sets the tone for the remainder of the class. Discrimination, retribution, and legal issues are common concerns in human resource departments of organizations both large and small. It is imperative that has individuals and teams working in this field that we have a solid and competent understanding of these issues. For this discussion thread please complete the following: 1.Locate a professional or scholarly article external to the course materials regarding discrimination within organizations. Please summarize this article and contrast it to that of the EEOC guidelines at www.eeoc.gov AND 2.Provide a practical example of these practices where they have been adhered to or disregarded from your professional experience It is important to cite your sources that you use, reference, quote, or paraphrase. Please include a Reference or Work Cited section containing the full properly formatted citation. To receive a passing grade each post should be a minimum of 200 words in length, demonstrating thought and integration of key concepts. Your response should be supported with relevant background sources, which must be properly cited & referenced. During the second week you should respond to at least one other student with a post of similar length and quality as your initial post.
