After learning more about domestic policy issues, decide which five policy issues are the most important issues facing us. lawmakers today- 0 List the events below in order of importance, one being the most important- 0 Write a well-developed paragraph for each issue, explaining the domestic event or topic. 0 Justify your ranking of the issue. In other words, why did you include it as fifth most important, fourth, or so on? The justification cannot be based only on your opinion; include evidence and facts you have learned about the issue to support your order.

A manifesto is a public statement that utilizes various rhetorical/communicative strategies (i.e., sense of immediacy/urgency, appeal to certain moral/ethical codes, a clear vision for a new future) to articulate the rationale for action/change. Pick two of the declarative documents we have read thus far, compare and contrast the rhetorical strategies in each one, and explain why you think the strategies are similar and/or different from one another
