The following post has four questions namely;

Choose a company and do research on its strategy Elaborate its mission statement What are its competitive advantages? Which companies are its competitors? Discuss its business model Analyse its key strategies/actions (ie internationalization, diversification, M&A, change management plan) (you may focus on one of these) Design a detailed plan to improve its strategic positioning (with precise actions, resources, and time frame)

2. International Relations and Security Studies

Write an essay responding to one of the following: 1-What do you consider to be the most important security issue in global politics today? or 2-Explain the merits and disadvantages of a particular security studies approach.

3.Challenges faced in life

Describe a difficult or challenging situation you have faced. Briefly state the situation, how you responded and why, would you have done anything differently, did you turn to anyone for help, and if so, for advice, consultation, assistance, encouragement

4.Terrorism is the biggest challenge to security

Terrorism is the biggest challenge to security in Western Europe”. Discuss.
