Description

Instructions:
A. Create an E-portfolio Title page that includes:

1. Your full name
2. 1 picture of yourself where you live
3. 2 ways you regularly connect with your community (words and/or pictures)
4. 3 personal interests (words and/or pictures)
5. Share your Title page with your class colleagues on the Discussion Board for Week 1.

B. Create an E-portfolio section entitled “Vision of a healthy community.

1. On a blank sheet of paper, use words and/or media to express your vision of a healthy community.
2. Take a snapshot of your vision and upload it as “A Healthy Community – Time 1.”

C. Create an E-portfolio section entitled “Week 1.”

1. Within Week 1, create a page entitled “Who is in my community?” and upload your work from E-portfolio 1.1. 2.
2. Within Week 1, create another page entitled “What is the health status of my community?” and upload your work from E-portfolio 1.2.
