You are the newly appoin" rel="nofollow">inted manager of the hospital’s clin" rel="nofollow">inical redesign and education unit. The new release of software will expand the amount of in" rel="nofollow">information currently shared with polyclin" rel="nofollow">inics and community based service programs. In order to ensure that the implementation of the new software release is a success, the hospital executive want to provide fundin" rel="nofollow">ing to your unit for a project. The project fundin" rel="nofollow">ing will assist with preparin" rel="nofollow">ing staff education, clin" rel="nofollow">inical pathways and any other necessary task that you identify as necessary. Your task is to complete the project plan and budget for this project together with a short PowerPoin" rel="nofollow">int (12 slides) presentation for the executive regardin" rel="nofollow">ing the project Develop a project plan and necessary budget for this project based on the in" rel="nofollow">information provided. The hospital executive present you with some data that will help you to in" rel="nofollow">initiate this project plan.
