Choose one of the 911 calls posted in the Course Materials folder and read through the transcript (links are also provided to audio recordings of each call).
Post a new thread where you:
1) identify which lines represent the 5 traditional parts of an emergency call (e.g., opening - line 1). This can just be a list.
2) talk about the FIRST REQUEST made by the caller. Is it a request or a report? Is it high entitlement/low contingency or low entitlement/high contingency?
