Required:
Examin" rel="nofollow">ine and critically comment on the current UK law relatin" rel="nofollow">ing to in" rel="nofollow">industrial action (with particular reference to a worker’s “right to strike”) and the changes in" rel="nofollow">introduced by the Trade Union Act 2016.
(You should give a very brief historical overview of the development of collective labour law and a detailed analysis of the current legal position regardin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">industrial action and the ‘right to strike.’)
You should refer to relevant case law, legislation and in" rel="nofollow">international agreements where appropriate.

Word limit
The word limit +/- 10% is usual for courseworks and the excess will be penalised. Markers have a discretion to deduct up to 10 percentage poin" rel="nofollow">ints from a mark where the word limit beyond the 10% is exceeded. If markers suspect the limit has been exceeded without accurate disclosure they will conduct a rough estimate of words per lin" rel="nofollow">ine, lin" rel="nofollow">ines per page and the number of pages, and give students the benefit of the doubt if they can. If the word count is still well over/under the additional 10% word limit, up to 10% can be deducted, dependin" rel="nofollow">ing on the amount exceeded.
