Pick an energy system from chapters 13-15 in the textbook. Research one of the three energy systems. Develop a one day nutrition/eating plan for an athlete that uses that type of system. (do not copy the meals from the text). The meal plan should be applicable to the age group of your athlete. I.e if you have a high school football player pick foods normal high school athletes eat. They will have a much different palate and meal choices than a professional athlete.
Create a PowerPoint presentation presenting the energy system and meal plan you created. (you will not present this, but you will turn in the PPT)
