Develop a Business Model Canvas Report for a NEW BUSINESS IDEA and present its NINE (9) key components in the form of report. The components consist of value proposition, customer’s segmentation, customer relationships, channels, revenue stream, cost structure, key activities, key resources and key partners.
Part 2: The Business Plan Report (20%)
Question:
Prepare a business plan report of a new venture / product / service of the business model canvas and report, which you developed in the first part of the coursework.
i. Based on the NEW BUSINESS IDEA proposed in the business model canvas, you are required to perform a thorough industrial analysis and then proceed with the write-up of the business plan (core part).
ii. All external sources must be referenced properly and full references must be incorporated at the end of the write-up.
Part 3: Presentation - Elevator Pitch (10%)
Based on your NEW BUSINESS IDEA, make a 5-10 minutes focusing on the problem and solution to the problem via your new product/services.
Prepare a Power Point presentation with other relevant visual aids. Submit a copy of the Power Point slides on the presentation date.
