Equality and diversity initiatives

Equality and diversity in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">initiatives have been widespread in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in organisations for several decades. Why then are there still so few women in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in senior management positions? Does it matter? And what might be done to address the situation?
