Explain each of Erikson’s 8 Psychosocial Stages of Development. For each stage, write an autobiographical account of your movement through this stage. Or you may describe your child’s or parent’s movement through the stage. When you get to stages through which you have not yet encountered, describe how you want to progress through them and how you plan to achieve success through these stages.
Remember, although Erikson believed these are age-specific, we discussed in class how we may move through these crises at different points in our lives. Be sure to write about how you progressed through a stage more than once at different ages, if this is the case.
