Evidence-based practice - harmful or helpful?

  How do you build a "culture of EBP" from an administrative and educational perspective? What are the positives and negatives of evidence-based practice (EBP) in your own practice? How will this influence your project implement/deconstruction? (project will be to have 3 nurses plus 2 extra nurses to receive pharmacy/patient calls for prescription refills, then respond within 24 hours)
