Exploring legal meaning

Question 1 Identify an area of law where there is currently a debate, a gap in the law or a proposal for reform. Write a summary of this area of law and post it on your general tutor group forum (TGF). Comment on at least one other student’s summary on the TGF. Include a copy of your posts in your TMA. (35 marks) Question 2 Critically evaluate how two or more of the approaches to, and perspectives on, legal meaning explored in the module could be used to research the area you identified in Question 1.
