Recognition that the actual EOT weeks claimed may well be different than the L&E prolongation weeks. Accuracy and detailed calculation for each “head of claim”, head office overheads and profit, site over heads and establishment (prelims), disruption, f
inance charge on lose and expense, cost of prepar
ing the claim. Include a brief description why you believe you are due costs. Make reference to case law, SCLP and/or the JCT clauses as and where applicable. Appropriate use of formula where applicable for each “head of claim”,
