For this part read the chapters, and add what you think is best for this plan.
Create segments/agenda/lesson plan for the workshops time by time. Give specific examples of a workshop
(time by time what happening)
What happening before the workshop and after.
What are we doing with the info collected during the workshop.
How will it benefit.
Include ground rules, room setting, breaks between time in the workshop.
How would you break the group in the workshop.
Make workshops into sections, rather than one day event and explain why it is better that way.(day one internal
communication, day two external communication)
Explain how people get lost when it's time pressured and that they need to learn how to work together during
that time rather than compete or argue.
Add what are the steps to your meetings and what do you do with the output
