Facts on a health condition Order Description   For this paper, please choose a health condition (or disease) of interest to you and include the following: • Briefly describe the burden (incidence/prevalence/mortality) of the health condition using epidemiologic studies/data (include references). • Briefly describe the known risk factors for the health condition using epidemiologic studies/data (include references). • Design/propose an epidemiologic study you would want to conduct to identify additional risk factors for this health condition or to evaluate a new intervention for this health condition. Please be sure to address the following questions: o What is your research question and why is it important to address? o What epidemiologic study design you would use and why is it appropriate? o Who would you enroll in your study and how would you recruit these study participants? o How would you collect the data? (ex: survey study participants or review medical records) o What statistics would you calculate to analyze the data you collected?
